Why so chic?
Why travel experts chose this hotelSerene spaFine dining restaurantA top, central locationChic Treats
Only when you book with ChiccheckRoom upgrade (subject to availability)checkEarly check-in / late check-out (subject to availability)The Royal Crescent Hotel is a centrally-located landmark property in Bath, and an exemplary example of Georgian architecture. The elegant Grade I listed structure sits on of the world's finest crescents and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Dining
The grounds are home to beautifully converted coach houses, and there you'll find Dower House restaurant (and also the spa). Executive Chef David Campbell is at the helm of the 3 AA Rosette eatery; choose from the à la carte selection or go for the tasting menu. Locally-sourced ingredients as well as a selection from the Continent are used to create classic plates with a modern twist. Start with ceviche and tartare of mackerel with smoked roe cream, oyster fritter, nasturtium and coal oil, follow with pork tenderloin and crisp shoulder with Yorkshire rhubarb, onion, cornbread and rosemary, and finish with compressed pineapple with set coconut cream and Szechuan. That's just a taster of the type of creations on offer.
